Winter Green Juice

In the last couple of weeks, I started juicing again - not in the sense of a detox juice fast - but to add more vegetables and fruits to my daily breakfast routine. After a morning run on an empty stomach, a nutrient-rich green juice and a hot cup of tea are the best.

Right now, I am enjoying this one:

Ingredients (serves 1)

- a handful of spinach and water as base

- half an apple

- a handful of almonds

- chia seeds

- slices of ginger

It's winter season and if you're like me - always freezing - add more and more ginger to your meals. Also, a friend recommended me to top everything with cinnamon. This juice combo goes well with both - try it and let me know how you like it.
