...and 6 Miles never felt this easy on my legs! Currently flooded with positive emotions! Despite the worries and ankle pain, started off with my new friend and after giving me tips about my form, he eventually flew away. I sticked to my own pace and didn't realize that I was still moving.. I finished off with 800m on the grass - barefoot! You should try it yourself - it makes such a significant difference running barefoot.
