CHEW

I've learned so much about a raw and nutrient-dense lifestyle in the past year from dear friends back in Germany that I appreciate the whole process of buying, preparing, cooking and eating my own food even more. They inspired me to nourish my body with more real and raw food. Unprocessed, uncooked, lively food.
