Active Recovery

After 3weeks of no running, I really miss the spontaneity of it especially in the mornings... Just lace up and go. And run. And sweat. Run some more and zone out.
Been cycling and hiking, but needed something different. We gave it a try. This is what happened:

10min warm-up
High knees, butt kicks
20min of 2min fast, 1min jog
Break & stretch
10min of 2min fast, 1min jog
3min fast
10min cool-down: swim, swim, swim
